Every Kazlara commission includes complimentary white-glove shipping anywhere in the world. Your piece will be carefully packaged in our signature presentation box, wrapped in tissue, and placed within a protective dust bag—ready to be treasured from the moment it arrives.

Delivery Timeline

Insurance & Tracking

All shipments are fully insured for the complete value of your piece. You will receive tracking information via email as soon as your piece is dispatched. A signature is required upon delivery.

Lifetime Care Program

Every Kazlara piece is covered by our Lifetime Care program, which includes:

• Complimentary professional cleaning once per year
• Minor repairs for normal wear at no charge
• Full restoration services at preferential rates
• Re-dyeing and color refreshing services
• Hardware replacement and polishing

Custom Duties & Taxes

For deliveries outside Switzerland, any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or VAT charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated charges before placing your commission.
